The Conversation Project: Community Call - Planning for National Healthcare Decisions Day 2022

(From johnahartford.org/) The Conversation Project is holding a community call on February 16 to plan for National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD).

The webinar is the annual community call that is held to gear up for NHDD which occurs each year on April 16. On the February planning call, founder and chair of NHDD, Nathan Kottkamp and Dr. Anthony Back, Co-founder, VitalTalk and Co-director, University of Washington Center for Excellence in Palliative Care, will share some key takeaways on messaging research pertinent for NHDD and beyond. Participants can gain new ideas from other groups, share their plans, and get inspired.
