[FULL] Feb. 4-5: Join Us in Columbia for Serious Illness Conversation Instructor Course

Join us at the SC Medical Association building in Columbia, SC on February 4 and 5 for the first Serious Illness Care Program (SICP) Instructor course of 2021. The event is free, but you are asked to register below.

NO CHARGE —  includes all materials, FREE CMEs, continental breakfast and lunch both days!

This course will equip you to train other clinicians to meet the goal of every seriously ill patient to have more, better, and earlier conversations with their clinicians about their goals, values, and priorities that will inform their future care.

The SICP was created by a team of palliative care experts at Ariadne Labs to address the challenges clinicians face in having conversations with their patients.

At the center of the program is the Serious Illness Conversation Guide.

Space is full and registration is now closed.

Whether you are a provider, nurse, social worker or chaplain, and love to teach, this course is for you!

For information on upcoming courses and trainings, or to express interest in a future course, please contact Kitty Weaver at kweaver@cchospice.org.

REGISTRATION FULL

NOTE: In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), attendees will be required to wear a mask or facial covering and remain spaced at least 6 feet apart at all times.
